I would like to take the opportunity to thank Sunshine Realty for their excellent service. Our family was referred to Sunshine by friends of ours who expressed their happiness with the money they saved and the quick sale of their house. When Evelyn came to visit she was informative regarding some minor changes that would assist in selling the house along with awareness of the comps in our area. After we sold our house she helped me find a house and continued to tell me not to settle for something I was not completely in love with. I was thrilled to get a phone call from Evelyn on a Saturday morning informing me she found the right house and it just came on the market. We saw the house the next day and she was right. This was the house I was looking for.
