Ashley McLaren

Ashley has been involved in the real estate industry for over 15 years. She’s has seen and had her hand in all aspects of the business from residential real estate, where she is now, to leasing, flipping homes, Section 8 and commercial real estate. Ashley has been part of Sunshine Realty since 2012 and holds her brokers license. Taking part in every aspect of this industry has given Ashley a keen instinct when helping both buyers and sellers achieve success. 

Ashley has moved around St. Louis, St. Charles and Jefferson counties during her lifetime, which provides her with extensive knowledge on these areas more than most including but not limited to: Arnold, Imperial, Bridgeton, Creve Coeur, Chesterfield, Ellisville, Ballwin, Wildwood, Eureka and the entire St. Charles County area. 

Ashley has a boldly honest personality and is appreciated for the honest opinions on home evaluations & price with comparables that she expresses to both buyers and sellers alike. This way, when entering into a RELATIONSHIP with Ashley, you know exactly what you are getting so that you can achieve the BEST possible outcome. Ashley is a graduate from Columbia College Chicago with  a major in marketing and minor in journalism giving her the perfect edge to help write and market a clients listing. Her experience in the real estate and marketing field help make her the expert negotiator she is today. Ashley also has 15+ years experience in sales management and has a talent in working with each individual client based on their own personality in order to get them exactly what they want. 

Ashley is the daughter in the mother-daughter duo of this team and LOVES working with her mother to help their clients achieve the best of their new home dreams.
