Today, we are happy to share Apartment Therapy’s post about things to check before you purchase a home. Though an inspector will check most of these things during your home inspection, it’s always nice to check these basic items for peace of mind. A great item on the list is “taste the water”. This is a genius reminder and one that we do ourselves as well. Even if your city has good water, your old pipes may not. Check out the full list here:
